Terms of Contract
Finders Keepers determines pricing of all items – 40% of the selling price goes to Consignor and 60% is retained by Finders Keepers. Finders Keepers assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Consignments are taken BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. During the appointment time, merchandise will be reviewed – then accepted or declined for consignment. Any consigned items that are found to be stained and/or damaged upon second review or after they reach the sales floor must be picked up within 1 week of notification or they will be donated. Finders Keepers will make every attempt to market, display & sell items.
QUALITY: Imperfect consignment items will not be carried (see below). Merchandise must be presented on hangers or neatly folded for review. Finders Keepers reserves the right to decline any merchandise that is not complimentary to the character of the boutique. Authentication of handbags may be performed, as needed.
The following items will not be accepted for Consignment:
*Items with any sign of damage, stains, wear, pills, odors, deep wrinkles
*Items that are not current in style, unless pre-approved
*Items that are missing brand label
*Items that contain offensive written statements
UNSOLD MERCHANDISE will be handled in a manner based on your preference above. Pick up of items must occur within 1 week of notification or they will be forfeited to store or donated.
DURATION and RENEWABILITY: Maximum consignment length is on or about 90 days. Seasonal merchandise floor time is determined by Finders Keepers. *Most items will also be sold via Shopify.
CONSIGNMENT PAYOUTS: Direct deposit ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments will be made on a quarterly basis. Consignor will receive an email with a SimpleConsign link for set up of ACH account. This is a secure, encrypted platform that only the consignor will have access to. Store credit at a higher % is an option.
