RETURN POLICY

At NY Finders Keepers, every piece is chosen with care, and we want you to love what you bring home. Eligible online purchases of clothing and shoes may be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt. In-store purchases are final sale. Handbags and jewelry are not eligible for return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

• Online purchases must be postmarked within 15 days of the date you received them. Returns sent after this window are not eligible for a refund.
• For Buy Online, Pick Up In Store orders, the 15-day window begins on your pickup date.
• All tags must remain attached, including the Finders Keepers tag and any Certificate of Authenticity.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased, with all original extras such as boxes, dust bags, and care cards. Returns with missing tags, accessories, or changes in condition will not be refunded.

ITEM VERIFICATION

Finders Keepers uses AI to record a unique digital fingerprint of every item sold. Each return is matched against this record before a refund is issued, ensuring the piece you send back is the piece you purchased.

PRE-OWNED CONDITION

All items are pre-owned. While our team carefully inspects every piece for wear and damage, we cannot predict how future use will affect an item and are not responsible for wear or damage after purchase. Finders Keepers is not affiliated with, authorized by, or associated with any brand we carry and cannot honor manufacturer warranties.

REFUNDS

• Refunds are processed within 3–4 business days of receiving your return and issued to the original form of payment, including gift cards. Please keep any bank gift card used for purchase until your return window has closed.
• Cash purchases are refunded by check or store credit only. We do not issue cash refunds.
• We do not ship internationally and cannot accept international returns.

RETURN FEES

A 15% restocking fee, calculated on the price paid, is deducted from every return.

HOW TO RETURN

Ship it back (at your own cost). Please insure the package for the full value of the item, require a signature, and keep your drop-off receipt. We do not recommend USPS.

Authentication isn't a service we offer. It's the foundation of everything we sell. Our team is fully trained, and we pair that expertise with LuxProof to verify every luxury handbag or wallet.
